Ajoa Jones was passionate about real estate before she even knew the term. She distinctly recalls riding around with friends and begging to stop at new housing developments so they could tour the model properties. While her friends never quite shared her enthusiasm, Ajoa has used that interest to guide her through her burgeoning career in real estate.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ajoa illustrates a keen understanding of the various housing markets across the Greater Los Angeles area. She adores architecture and design. But her true romance with real estate stems from the versatile idea of “home”. It seems that every new person she meets comes with their own unique concept of home. And you can bet that Ajoa is listening intently, earnestly contemplating her clients’ goals with an unwavering sincerity. Aside from being a great listener, Ajoa applies a marked creativity to transactions that gets results.
While Ajoa’s childhood friends may not have understood her real estate vision, she seems to have passed the gift on to her daughter. As a dedicated single mother, Ajoa would often bring her daughter along with her to open houses and new development tours. Now a young adult, Ajoa’s daughter has adopted her mother’s interest in real estate and Ajoa couldn’t be prouder. Aside from realty, Ajoa also espouses a deep love for fashion and hopes to develop her own chic lifestyle brand in the future.
